In the last two weeks we have installed a brand new customer database server and updated all self-service forms in our support area. Everything from trial extensions to upgrade requests is connect live to the database now — no more waiting for email.
But, of course, our developers have not been lazy. With a motivated start into a great new year we’ve just posted updates to DEVONagent 3.0 beta and all editions of DEVONthink as well as DEVONnote.
Note: This article deals with an older app generation. Interface elements, menu paths, and procedures could differ.
