DEVONthink 3.5

DEVONtechnologies updates its documentation and information manager DEVONthink to version 3.5. The major new version brings a heavily extended sidebar and enhances the usability of almost all areas of the user interface. DEVONtechnologies updates its documentation and information manager DEVONthink to version 3.0.2. Enhancements include optional keyboard navigation in the sidebar, improved WikiLinking, and support for the Nisus Writer file format. DEVONthink 3.0.2 comes with new smart rule actions and search options. It also improves compatibility to macOS Catalina as well as the overall performance and reliability. (more)

DEVONthink 3.0

DEVONtechnologies today releases DEVONthink 3.0 for Mac. The popular smart document and information manager receives a complete user interface overhaul. It now comes with support for dark mode, an extended search language, and a new menu extra for capturing notes and more. Version 3.0 also adds custom metadata and tables with typed data and form views. Office users can add imprints to PDFs and images, use the improved OCR engine, and share databases via the rewritten web interface. DEVONthink 3.0 Beta 4

DEVONtechnologies today releases the fourth beta of DEVONthink 3.0 for Mac. The update improves working with PDFs, sheets, and Markdown documents. Annotating documents becomes more powerful and so does converting scans with OCR and accessing them via the web interface. Especially users in education will like the completely overhauled templates. And new users are now welcomed with a tour of the main new features. Finally, beta 4 brings many additional improvements, performance enhancements, and bug fixes again. (more)
